βHang on a secondβ, you might ask, βwhatβs Spirit got to do with this fitness challenge?β Well, just about everything! This week, we go beyond workouts and menu planning and look at nourishing your 'spiritual muscle'.
Karen will help you find your inner magic and introduce you to some spiritual laws that will help keep you looking and feeling amazing, including her 'Arms Wide Open' and 'Walking As If" philosophies.
We all have belief systems and patterns that keep us stuck or sabotaging our goals. These are usually unconscious hand-me-downs from childhood that we need to get to the root of.
As a certified Empowerment Coach, Karen will help you recognize your own self-sabotaging beliefs and learn how to retrain your brain. Karen is amazing at being able to un-earth βahaβ moments and to show you why you may not be reaching your highest potential.
Week Ten - Warrior Woman, YOU!
Most of us were all victims of the low-fat era that convinced us that fat was BAD! This week, we learn that we need to eat fat to lose fat. The secret comes from eating the right fats, at the right time, in the right amount!
We also dive deeper into our weight training! We switch up your training with something called a "Double Split" routine, to keep your muscles progressing, and your metabolism stoked! Your Biofeedback sheet is ready to fill in for a review! Yes! Karen is going to keep you accountable to your goals!
There are so many myths and misconceptions in the fitness industry about metabolism--especially for women over the age of 35. During this class, we take a closer look at 'lies' such as "eating less but snacking in between meals" and "aerobic or intense cardio exercise" will speed your metabolism. NOT TRUE! Instead, you will learn how to set your metabolism back on track! Plus, Karen offers you an intimate look at her own daily meal plan, as you go deeper into your own metabolic health and inner power! We leave no stone unturned in this Challenge!
